   First visit with two friends to this relatively new restaurant in downtown Sarasota. I had a small plate salmon meal and my wife had a 10 inch pizza, which she couldn't finish because of the size. Place was easy to find even though it's not in the middle of the busy downtown area. Waitress was very attentive and the owner came by and said hello also. As a bonus, there was live music that started around 6:30 with a very good female singer and a male guitar player who was excellent.

   Love this fun family-owned gem! Amazing wine selection with great flight option. The food is fantastic - including some really tasty original dishes. And price is right - excellent value for what you get. Staff is not only knowledgeable, but enthusiastic about sharing tips on the huge variety of wines.

   Visited Vino Bistro on a date night and really enjoyed ourselves. The pizza was really good, they have a strong wine list and options, and the service was terrific. Will definitely return.

   Very nice and friendly place. The night we visited was open-mic night. That is always interesting. A friend 's artwork was exhibited there, which is the main reason we wanted to visit. The art work really enhances the restaurant. We certainly will be back and recommend the place.

   Sweet little wine bar with lovely waitress ! It was her first week at the restaurant! Wonderful wine choices with tasty eats! My husband and I had a great time and will be visiting again soon.

   Vino Bistro has an alluring, intimate ambience, delicious tapas, and a diverse list of wines from all over. They also provide some talented musicians to entertain you while you eat, but they are not booming loud, so you can still talk and hear at your table. Plenty of parking on the street.

    You are always made to feel like family at Vino Bistro. Dining leans towards light bites so don’t come expecting a huge meal. Do expect delicious wines, cheeses, pizzas and other bites in a friendly neighborhood atmosphere. Live music on weekends from a variety of talented artists. Free street parking, which is a rarity in Sarasota now.
