   We had a horrible experience here. Beautiful restaurant, and I like the Mexican-inspired menu, but those are about the only good qualities. We had a reservation and were shown promptly to our table. Then no one acknowledged us for 30 mins mins and finally brought us waters. Guacamole never showed up and we asked about it several times. (At the end of the meal, the server said the kitchen ran out but we saw it being served at other tables.) Entrees were served 1.5 hours after we ordered. Check took another hour. Cocktails were extremely slow and not very good. The bartender forgot to put lime juice in our margaritas. They seemed short staffed but honestly I have no idea where our server kept going. We wouldn’t see him for a really long time then had to flag him down each time. We would have had more drinks during our meal but couldn’t find anyone to place the orders. Very disappointing experience.

   We had absolutely delicious fish tacos, our friends had the burger, the chicken wrap, and we started out with the lobster quesadillas. All came out hot and delicious. It also came out quickly, which was nice and our server was excellent. The only negative was that it was a chilly evening And there were no heat lamps available. We were told the hotel forgot to buy propane for them so we were chilly otherwise a beautiful evening.

   What a beautiful experience at The Parasol. Our table was perfect in every way. The silverware is gorgeous. The plates are perfect. All is perfectly placed and awaiting your arrival. The menu is small, but unique and delicious. Our server was professional and very caring and attentive. The view at The Parasol is five stars- palm tree are amazing!

   Service was terrible. We waited over an hour for tacos and a wrap. Manager was decent when we waived him down, and did offer a free desert for our patience. Food was ok.

   Absolutely beautiful location and the manager and service was super. The corn and black bean empanadas were delicious but my daughter and sister were not fans of the Cuban sandwich.

   Attempted elevated poolside dining spot drowned in an off-putting policy requiring from non-bathsuit clad patrons a credit card to begin the experience…tsk, tsk. We chose to remain and enjoyed good food and drink; even convincing our waiter to exercise discretion for his next guests.

    Food wasnt bad. The staff seemed disinterested and very disconnected. The environment was a bunch of loud people that are obviously pretending to be something they most certainly are not
