   Absolutely love the crispy brussel sprouts and the Thai lettuce wraps. Great flavor, pretty healthy and I would definitely have both those items again.

   CH is my favorite restaurant and the tasting room is phenomenal. We’ve been going for years and have never had a bad meal. The wait staff is superb and the wine/drinks are *chef’s kiss*

   We came here for our anniversary dinner. The service was friendly and professional but the food was a bit disappointing for the following reasons: -The sea bass was overcooked and came lukewarm; the rice was also lukewarm. I think it was sitting there waiting for the skirt steak to be ready and sat for too long. Given that our server told us it was the chef’s special and highly recommended, this was disappointing. -The fries with the skirt steak came lukewarm (we requested they be “extra crispy” so we’d get fresh hot fries and either the server didn’t communicate it or the kitchen missed it/ignored it). Putting the steak on top of the fries made a bunch of them soggy. Service wise, these are issues that shouldn’t be one at a restaurant of this caliber: -No one brought us water. After I flagged someone down and asked for water, she only brought me a glass, not my husband. We had to ask for a second glass of water after our plates had been cleared. -We waited at least 20 minutes after finishing for our server to check on us and ask if we wanted to see a dessert menu. He was visibly sweating and clearly overwhelmed with the amount of tables he had. The complimentary champagne for our anniversary was a nice touch.

   The food was excellent! Service was very good. The carrot cake for dessert is the best we have ever enjoyed at Coopers Hawk!

   Food was excellent but seemed that the portions were a bit smaller than with previous visits. A bit pricey overall which reduces my future visits to a "special occasion" establishment. But otherwise, it's an exvellent place to dine.

   Came for Easter lunch. Both steaks were overcooked and mine was even burnt. Super dry. My son's cheeseburger the entire bread was burnt, and my daughter's hamburger was also overcooked. Nothing was cooked to our request. Everything came well done when requested medium. Tough to eat. Appetizers were way better than the entre. Only thing to rave about was our server. She was amazing and she was not to fault for the horrible food. Bummed to have wasted money on this place.

    We booked a reservation for Easter Brunch. Our server was Deborah who was very personable and professional. We had the donuts which were a nice sweet treat of an appetizer. I had the steak and eggs. The medallions were melt in your mouth tender. We also ordered the brisket hash which had a wonderful smoked flavor. It took about 30 minutes for our food to arrive and Debora apologized for that. But it was Easter Brunch and the restaurant was very busy.
