Went with my daughter for a "daddy daughter Date" Overall, very nice experience. Food was consistent and Adrianna our server was very nice and gave the perfect amount of attention and explained the menu and drinks to help make our decisions. It was a rainy weekday night so the restaurant was a bit slow, but the music and Adrianna kept the energy upbeat.

I went to sajoma for a brunch reservation on mother’s day, they posted the event in which they specified brunch menu available from 12-4:30 pm, i went at 12:15. They didn’t have any brunch items available and when asked and shown the post to staff they said it was their marketing fault because they post incorrect stuff. we ordered drinks, 2 drinks were brought to the table and the waitress dropped a sangria on top of the table and it go all over my mom’s clothes, after it the waitress didn’t even bother to come apologize or the waiter that took our orders, we had to call him over to let him know what happened so they could bring my mom a new sangria and my drink that never arrived to the table. After receiving our drink we started receiving our food, i got a pollo a la planca with tostones and a salad, everything was COLD, not kind of cold, not luke warm, it was cold the plate was $28, my mom got a pulpo a la brasa that was $38, also came to the table cold and the side was 4 pieces of fried yuca with ONE single tentacle. we called over the waiter and asked them to please return the plates and we didn’t feel comfortable enough to eat there due to everything that had happened and offered to pay for our drinks and they said it was okay and we didn’t need to pay anything. We left after about and hour and a half of being there. Very negative experience, we understand that dropping the sangria could’ve been a mistake and we were very understanding and calm about it but the fact that no one came to apologize, the drink was never brought back and the food was cold, those things are all controllable and is part of having good customer service and taking accountability and it was not had. the waiter instead of apologizing for the inconvenience, he blamed the owners for hiring someone without experience. A mess.

The food was overly seasoned and over priced for what it was. The server never came back after we ordered the food. She did after we called her over

The food was good, but I found it to be quite expensive compared to similar service environments and menus.

The good and ambience was excellent, the band was also good. Unfortunately our waitress wasn’t very attentive, she had many of the bills wrong and took like 1/2hr to fix. But every thing else was very good!

The food was okay. I had the ox tail stew and my husband had the goat stew. They tasted good. I also ordered empanadas, and they were fine. It was great to find a restaurant that served goat and ox tail, but to be honest, the food overall is overpriced. Also, just so y’all know, they play very loud music outside.
