   We had brunch. Two of us shared 5 dishes. The gem lettuce Caesar with cornbread croutons - so good. The congee was next - creamy and rich. By then we were getting full! The carrots and the sausage came out together. Both were savory and a bit spicy. Some of both went home for another meal. Then we shared a salvadorian toast. A fabulous dessert. Our waiter gave us great recommendations!

   For our first time the restaurant did not disappoint. Jonathan was a great server. We will return.

   This place is superb. The cocktails where thoughtfully crafted and unique. But the food is what we came for. We ordered the Chef's tasting menu. Every dish was otherworldly, with spicing that caught us all by surprise. Kudos to my wait staff for never forgetting my girlfriend's gluten intolerance. My one issue was that the portions were small. Yes, there were lots of portions, but I had my two young sons (ages 15 and 23) with me and we had to order them two additional entrees after the tasting menus were finished.

   Amazing! Last night was our first time at Jun, and we were so impressed! The space is lovely, inviting and clean in its design. The service was warm, friendly and so attentive (Steven was a delight). And the food - yum yum yum!! Everything we tried was creative and delicious. The goat cheesecake was one of the best desserts I’ve ever eaten. Already looking forward to coming back!!

   Loved loved loved this restaurant! We were in form nyc and I knew I needed to book this place. We are so glad that we did. The four of us got the tasting menu and supplemented it with the fish 😋. Everything, and I mean everything, was delicious. Note. If anyone wants to get the tasting menu, everyone needs to get it, and there are no substitutions. In my case, I do not eat red meat, which is why I supplemented with the fish. So I ate that instead of the two meat courses. And my table mates got to share an extra portion of the two set courses.

   Ambience and decor was quite lovely with a very eclectic Asian fusion feel.  The food could definitely be described as interesting. Lots of exciting flavors and possibly over ambitious combinations, and almost comically poetic menu descriptions. Generally, the menu is quite small, especially for a pescatarian- really only one choice.  Eveything seemed to be heavily spiced/ heavily sauced, generally very tasty, but only for a very ambitious and adventurous eaters! Service was really great. We had two very tentative and highly educated servers and host(ess) was fabulous .  Would definitely give it a try if you're feeling adventurous!

   Overall great experience with very good sometimes great food and friendly efficient service. Fried chicken leg/thigh was the best fried chicken I've had in recent memory but the breast was dry. Beef tartare was great fun and a unique take on the dish, bunuelo was brilliant. Grits and Cucumber salad were both good. Everybody from host/somm to bartender to waiters were very nice and service was smooth. Bar chairs were a bit wobbly and uncomfortable. Will definitely return when back in town.

   The food was exceptional and our waitress Lisa was wonderful too. The noise level and ambience was all just right. We will definitely be coming back.

   Such a shame the service let down the whole experience, from the moment we walked into the door to the wait staff constantly having to be asked. For the same items again. The Wine Director was excellent and watching the food being prepared was great, food overall was good , well presented and good flavours and potion size was generous

    10/10 food preparation and presentation. Very unique cocktails and good wine pairings. The descriptions of the dishes don’t prepare you fully for the explosions of flavor! Our favorites were the tartare, shrimp, rice cakes, mussels and ribs! But it was all delicious! We ordered individually but the tasting menu looked amazing and at a very reasonable price! Chef Henry was working hard delivering food and making sure everything was running smoothly!
