   Restaurant is down the street from our house so decided to come for the crawfish special. It didn't look too busy but guess they were understaffed because it took a while to get service. Serving size for the crawfish looked small and part of order was missing so we ordered more crawfish and told waitress about missing sides. It took a long time for additional food to come and then longer for the check. Someone did come by because we were just sitting for a while and we told her we were ready for check but guess the waitress had to bring it. We would go more often since it's down the street and we love seafood but service needs to improve.

   Shell Shack has gone down. Very high in comparison to other seafood boil places and you’re forced to pay $6 to park in their lot.

   We went at 6:00pm on a Sunday evening and the music was so loud we couldn't talk to each other and the menus were filthy. We had to wait for the dishwasher cycle to be over to get the plastic knife opener for the crab legs. Also very disappointed to find out they sell beer (small selection) and mixed drinks but not wine.

   Went for crawfish! Waitress didn’t not inform us they had ran out. Ordered two sodas and still got charged after the fact that wee were there waiting for 30 min for her to come and attend us and bring us our drinks.

   Valet was nice, good idea and polite gentleman. Manager of the night seemed to be on edge the entire time we were there, not welcoming at all. The server failed to mention there was no more crawfish till we started ordering, for it being a seafood restaurant, there should be a sign once they run out.  Shrimp/ Snow crabs are not market price, atleast $10 more.

   Only thing that was bad was being forced to valet park when parking lot completely empty.

   Shell Shack was great and a 10/10 all around. I have driven by it for years and finally went in. Every single thing I got was delicious and very fresh. The crab tots, YUM! Highly recommend the corn with hot spicy sauce. The cocktail sauce served with the shrimp was the best I've had in a while and the portions are huge for what you're paying for. I also had a couple adjustments to my order and the waitress was super relaxed and did it without question. I already want to go back.

   Great venue for a work event. if you go around the lunch hour on a weekday, the noise level is pretty good to hold a team lunch
