   I found this place on YouTube, Alvin Zhou posted a mini doc of it. I went to Taiwan as a kid and haven’t had authentic Taiwanese food since so I kept this place on my radar. We traveled in from Texas for some shows and so I made sure to book a reservation here. Our group number fluctuated but the hostess and staff were so kind and accommodating when we asked to add another person to the table when we showed up. It was rude of us and they didn’t have to make the effort but they made it happen. As far as the food goes, it was unbelievable. Start to finish the plates were perfectly seasoned and the combination of ingredients felt effortless. Everything was in sync. The flavors of the FenZheng pork and beef noodle soup brought me back to my trip to Taiwan. Those were flavors I fell in love with but hadn’t tasted in 15 years. A truly authentic meal. Thank you guys for an incredible experience and providing that community atmosphere with your food.

   Solid experience on the whole. Table was a pretty cold, with the AC pointed right at it. Was a little shocked it was extra for lettuce cups, when there was an insufficient number for the portion to begin with for that dish. Also, expected more tangyuan in the dessert, especially at that price - it seemed more like a topping for ice cream rather than the ice cream accompanying it

   Amazing food with great portions! Love how the server gave us the right recommendations and the right amount of food to order

   Had a table for 5 and over-ordered to try most menu items. Vegetarian options were limited. Fried chicken and fried rice were very good. Shrimp had a different flavor to it. This was authentic Taiwanese cuisine. Our server was outstanding, understood all our allergies. Dessert is a must-try.

   Forgot our drinks until after finishing the meal despite ordering them first. They mark items on the menu with peanuts, but then menu becomes smaller when they tell you the fryer is shared. Fly head lettuce cups is almost inedibly salty. Loved the savory soy milk (sans Yu tiao) and my partner liked the celtuce salad

   Everything was so delicious. The cocktails are different and creative. I can't wait to go to Wenwen again.
