   Our experience was awful, the server was not friendly or helpful. I felt like I was bothering the server when asking questions about the menu. We were ignored and walked past several times and to top it of the food was not very good it was not fresh tasting sushi. I actually stopped eating out of fear I’d get sick. The place is beautiful and the cocktails were pretty good, but once was enough for me

   This was my second time at Sora. Both times I've been super happy with my food. We came as a party of 8 for mine and my father's birthday. Our server was great, perfectly attentive and answered all my family's questions. We shared the crab rangoon, gyoza, and chilli wontons which everyone loved. The chicken sandwich was a hit as well as the noodle bowls. Everyone left very satisfied! We were a little surprised though that the ryu specialty roll, which has spicy tuna, jalapeno, and spicy sauce, was actually not that spicy. The only thing I would change is that if someone ONLY orders a sushi roll as their 'main' dinner, it would be better to bring their roll out on a separate plate.

   This place is absolutely stunning and gives such a warm energy! The food, cocktails, and service were exceptional! We will be back!!!

   Went with a group for Mario Kart Night! What a blast! The food and drink specials and decor was awesome. Bri our server was so nice and gave great recommendations!

   Quick trip to Cleveland and we stopped in at Sora. The food was delicious!!!! Our waiter Erica was fantastic! She was very knowledgeable about the menu, she made excellent suggestions for drinks (try the Lychee Martini). Overall a 10/10 experience! We will be back

   I attended Sora for a Birthday Celebration. Everything was awesome. Our waiter was kind and very helpful. I enjoyed the Crab Rangoon, the California roll. The drinks were OUTSTANDING I ordered the Spirited Away, and the Dragons Punch! The best part of dinner was the complimentary Birthday Drink! If you are looking for a great night out with friends, or an awesome date night, Sora is your choice!!!!

    Poor girl the only one there for customers. Lunch time is ala nightmare there. WHY do you not staff correctly? It happens every time you now have Oswald in the building and you know you’re gonna a busy lunch hour and you have one person staffed how does that make any sense and it should not take an hour and a half for people that only have one hour for lunch it happens every single time.
