   Went to have dinner here on Easter and was seated but no waiter came to take our order or even gave us water or even acknowledge us. After 25 minutes of no service, we got up and left. Worst service ever!

   The ideas is good but not fully developed. It gave “cheap classy”. It was like they were tying to be upscale, but missed the mark. It seemed dirty as well. The food was ok but really expensive. Everything was over $20 dollars. The dessert skillets are was better at “BJ’s”!!!! My daughter hr era got the Cookie Monster and the donut was stale. My husband and I got the brownie and the brownie was extremely dry. I would not recommend. Definitely not worth the price.

   Omg everybody was great but Malachi , jay& Carlos was amazing the food was worth it drinks amazed the kids my son 9th birthday was a success thanks to you guys thank you again SF TEAM

   We had a very disappointing experience. We brought over 20 people to Sugar Factory and they were understaffed and the restaurant and restrooms were dirty. I hate to think what the kitchen looked like. Our waitress was super nice but everyone else seemed very overwhelmed and were kind of rude. To the fact our girls wanted to buy candy st the store and the bar tender told us they were understaffed and didn’t have anyone to help purchase the candy. I was really looking forward to bringing my daughter and was very disappointed. Not to mention how much money we spent there.

   Good service but the food was terrible. Definitely over priced and not worth it. Not impressed, would only recommend for the desserts/shakes. Don’t eat the food!

   We went for my son's 10th birthday, everything was perfect my server Valentina was amazing she went by the instructions on our reservation, she was very attentive and friendly the manager Ashley was also amazing she checked on us and also made sure everything was perfect, food was hot and fresh just how we like it, would deff recommend. 10/10 on service and food.

   Ambiance was great, food was exceptional, but we arrived 10 mins before our reservations it took us 10 mins to be seated. The restaurant was fairly empty so that was confusing. After being seated we waited another 15-20 mins for a server to come over to the table for water, so we figured out what we wanted to eat and when he finally did come we ordered. Family of 5 we had chicken wings, pizza, fries, salad and a sandwich in which it took 30 mins to come out. Okay cool. After everybody food was out I waited another 15 mins for a salad. The server told us they didn’t sale soft drinks basically just shakes and liquor and water but during the end of the visit we saw a table with soft drinks so yeah 3/10 do not recommend unless whole new staff!!

   Food was good but over priced pretty much everything was overpriced and big portions which made it worth it I guess. It seems mostly wasteful. It’s a once a year type place. It was cool to check it out. They do add gratuity & then have a spot to add more which the server was not that great I had to ask other people for water & a box and nobody was tea there maybe like 2 -3 other tables & it wasn’t busy at all.

   We were a party of 7 there for my son’s birthday. We were seated. We sat for a while before we had to stop someone just to order. The food came out but our drinks didn’t. We reminded them about our drinks and we were done eating by the time they brought them to us. One of our people didn’t even get his flatbread pizza until everyone at the table were done eating. He just asked them to put it in a to go box. There were chewy pieces of pasta in my chicken Alfredo. They took literally forever to do EVERYTHING but bring out that high bill. They never even came to the table to sing happy birthday to my son. It was not a good experience, it wasn’t worth what we paid at all and we won’t be back to this location.

    Horrible experience for first time going. Service was bad. Took 20 minutes from when sat down before being acknowledged. Food came out on dirty plates. Salad had ketchup all over the bowl and within the salad. Wasn’t even supposed to be with the salad. Waiter didn’t even seem like a waiter was not even dressed in a uniform like other servers. Never even gave their name. Managers were more worried about eating and chatting than customers. 20% automatic gratuities should have been told ahead of time. They didn’t even deserve that tip because no one even took the time to check on customers experience. Bathroom was scary only two lights, no locks, missing mirror and only thing keeping door closed was toilet paper in the door jamb. I’d never go back to here ever again.
