Our cuisine is rooted in Mexican heritage. At Los Félix, we honor the indigenous way by supporting Milpa farming, an ancestral mesoamerican tradition of cultivating the soil with awareness of the sacred connection between self and land.

At Los Félix, we honor the indigenous way by supporting Milpa farming, an ancestral tradition of cultivating the soil with awareness of the sacred connection between self and land. Through Milpa, we shine a spotlight on fresh, time-honored native ingredients like heirloom corn, cacao, chiles, and squash. Our homage continues with an in-house Molino where we cook and grind maiz daily to make tortillas from scratch, all in the living wisdom of Milpa to mesa, or farm to table.

Del equipo editorial de OpenTable: Holding both a MICHELIN Star and a Green Star for sustainability, Los Félix honors ancient farming practices, grinds heirloom corn in their own molino, and makes fresh tortillas daily. Those get folded alongside creative dishes like pork cheek carnitas, grilled scallops, and fresh local crudo, while the wine list pours small makers from the US, Spain, and Portugal. Vibes stay high in the dining room, thanks to a colorful mural and disco ball, all set to a soundtrack of vinyl records.

    My experience with this restaurant has changed since the last time I visited. Although the staff was friendly and helpful, the service was slow in delivery. I ordered four items from the menu with no modifications and it took close to 15 minutes between orders. The some of the food was good and some was mediocre. The portions were small for what one had to pay. The bartender could possibly need more training in preparing the most iconic of Mexican drinks, the Margarita. It was not done correctly even though it is easy to prepare. This downgrade of the restaurant is a disappointment as there are hardly any good Mexican restaurants in the area. The other area of contention is the manner in which the establishment charges the tips. I have always understood that the amount of tip was up to the customer. Here, the tips was added to the bill at 20% ! i am in total disagreement with this as them service did not warrant 20%, much less 18 or 15%. This is one of the reasons I will probably not return.

    Creative and innovative (and sustainable!) food, beautifully presented and delicious. Definitely deserving of a Michelin star.

    Always a 20/10 experience. Chef Sebastian, managers Alex and Dime, and the entirety of the staff make every experience so memorable. The meaning behind every dish, exceptional hospitality, masterfully crafted cocktails are some of the very many reasons why this establishment rightfully deserves its star. There is something for everyone here - I truly could not recommend a restaurant more.

    No entiendo como puede tener una estrella Michelin, para lo unico que sirve tener la estrella es para tener unos precios desproporcionados en comparación con la calidad de la comida, el servicio y el establecimiento.
