Great location. The server was very pleasant. Small menu but everything was delicious. The views were obviously great from 52nd floor. Bit pricey unless you are a member of pyramid club as they get half off.

I booked a reservation for a birthday and when I got to the location, they said that they were closed for an event at the very least they could’ve called and let me know that they cannot honor my reservation. Especially since it was a special event, like a birthday. you can imagine that it completely offset the event.

I made a reservation weeks in advance for our anniversary dinner. As we entered the building, a man at the front desk stated he did not think the restaurant was open. I replied that it must be because we had a reservation. Upon arriving on the 52nd floor, we found out that indeed the restaurant was closed. I called the number on the website and heard the phone ring at the reception desk in front of me. I left a message and still have not received a call back. My husband and I dressed up and drove downtown for a special evening only to be left scrambling for dinner. To say I was angry and disappointed is an understatement. Why was able to make a reservation on open table if the restaurant was not open? And if this was a mistake, why did the restaurant not call me ahead of time to rectify this?

Food good, service good. Not the best considering the price. No feeling of a top restaurant or club such as Union League or 48 or four seasons. View good at 52nd floor - small window and not facing the River. R2L and four seasons much better though both closed due to Covid. Poor value !!! Add 20% service charges and stated it was not tips. Hate it but do not want the server get nothing specifically only 3 tables occupied. Ending up 40 % tips ! Not going back and will not become a member
