   Chez George is my favorite restaurant on HHI. The staff is impeccably polite and helpful. The sommelier was very personable and accommodating. I ordered the Salade Hiver and the black grouper special, which were both delicious. I especially loved the accompanying green beans with shiitake mushrooms. Another great meal at Chez George!

   Chez Georges was wonderful as usual. Best duck breast on the island! Dominick the waiter was extremely personable and provided excellent service, and the sommelier was also quite friendly and helpful. We'll be back!

   This continues to be one of our favorites on HHI. Food was fantastic and chatting with our neighbors at the bar made it even more special!

   We love the ambiance and service at Chez Georges unfortunately the food did not live up to previous visits. The duck was not adequately rendered and the grouper was over-cooked.

   Food, wine and staff fabulous. It was our second visit within the past week. Surroundings lovely and the food is exceptional!!

    Our server, Amanda, was a delight! She was personable and attentive and genuinely seemed to enjoy her work at Chez Georges. While we are repeat (happy) customers, we were somewhat disappointed in the flounder special that evening, as it left a powdery feel in your mouth and not much flavor. However, we enjoyed the rest of our food, especially the amuse bouche and the oysters on the half shell with orange and fennel mignonette, and the cocktails are always creative and tasty.
