   We always have a wonderful experience at High Tide. The food is always delicious, the service is impeccable, and everything done by the staff enhances our family dining experience. We love High Tide.

   It was wonderful! Our waitress, Jen was excellent! She gave us suggestions and samples. The food was super good!

   We’ve always had great service at high tides, but for the last three weekends of dining there only has the service wad under par and the kitchen is very slow We ran into Alaskan King crab, legs, and lobster that should not have been served. Even the manager stated they’ve been having trouble with with their lobster king crab. But last night again we experienced an inefficient server we had a 6:15 reservation. We didn’t get out till 815. First time ever I did not properly tip the waitress. Need to say our experience was below par. Don’t know if we’ll go back. We know the owner. We love her, but it will be awhile before we return.

   Bad food , wedge salad was room temperature warm lettuce was disgusting, it wasn’t kept in a cold refrigerator I believe you can get sick from food not kept at proper temps Then the shrimp scampi another room temperature disgusting dish , it tasted like a grocery store frozen dinner at best served barely warm🤮I left hungry because I couldnt eat it. I will never return

   We absolutely love High Tide and enjoy the location on Val Vista the best. We have been here several times, typically on our Anniversary. We were extremely disappointed that the King Crab legs had been removed from the menu; that's one of the reasons we like coming here, but we understand the reason for removal. Service was slow; and not because they were "busy"..in our opinion. Waitress was not necessarily attentive even though she knew it was our anniversary. Blue Point Oysters were awesome! Shrimp cocktail was good; very large, more like prawns! My husband had the Chilean Sea Bass and loved it. Great flavor and good sized serving. The food here is always on point. Delicious and tasty Key Lime pie for dessert!

    Coming to high tide seafood bar is one of our favorite things to do when we are in town. We enjoy the salmon and specifically however this last time I requested that it be well done and it showed up to our table raw. Our server was amazing and took it back and when it arrived after my husband had finished eating, I started to eat it again and it still wasn’t really done enough For what I had requested. In addition, they literally had just taken that meal and put it in the broiler. It came out looking like it was reheated atV and not really what you want to pay 30+ dollars for I was sad that they didn’t just remake it properly and provide a fresh plate. Where I’m from for health code reasons that would not be allowed to take a meal and put it in the kitchen after it had been out in the public that’s a health code violation not sure if it is in Arizona, but in Minnesota sure is
