Located on the historic Pearl Street Mall in Boulder, CO, Gemini is a full service restaurant focused on contemporary Spanish food and wine and its international influences.

The menu is guided by the seasons and highlights sustainably farmed meats and produce from Colorado purveyors. Taking cues from the cuisines of Barcelona and San Sebastian, we offer traditional tapas items, including Patatas Bravas, Pan con Tomate, meatballs, and Boquerones. Larger dishes from land and sea include Octopus, Cauliflower a la Plancha, and Basque Braised Lamb.

Our beverage program features organic, low-intervention wines from Spain and the West Coast, classic cocktails, and selections from Colorado’s craft brewing community.

    Join us for a special Dinner & a Show at Gemini, one of Pearl Street’s most beloved restaurants. Venezuelan jazz bassist Gonzalo Teppa and friends will bring their signature blend of Latin-inflected jazz to the space for an unforgettable evening of live music and seasonal dining. Gemini will be closed to the public for this private event, with two seatings only — at 5:30 PM and 7:30 PM. Guests will enjoy a multi-course prix-fixe menu inspired by the flavors of Spain and Colorado’s seasonal bounty. Think traditional tapas, thoughtful entrees, and a sweet finish — with drinks available à la carte from Gemini’s celebrated wine and cocktail list. This event offers a rare chance to hear extraordinary live music in an intimate setting, paired with a culinary experience rooted in warmth, community, and craft.

                                                            Food was nothing great. Sent back the Spanish omelette. Overcooked. The potatoes platas were boring-fried and plated with what tasted like bitchin’ sauce. Server Emily was distracted at first but we got her to warm up. Wine was 4oz pours. We do NOT recommend.

                                                            We dined here as a group of 4 on a Friday night and had a fabulous experience. Cocktails were delicious, our server was friendly, attentive, and made great recommendations, and the food was all excellent!! We will definitely be back!

                                                            We had a good time. First time here. Food was good. Main disappointment was the service. Tapas, no cutlery exchanged, no plates exchanged. Seemed understaffed so will give benefit of the doubt. Didn’t explain menu much, friendly but not engaging. Again, I think they were short staffed is how it felt. Will try again as the food was good.

                                                            We had lots of tapas and they were delicious. Lots of different options. Good for vegetarians and pescatarians. Good wine list and we tried the Amaro recommended by our server. Dessert was great. It’s a little ‘energetic’ ie loud.

                                                            We saw this restaurant a few days ago while strolling Pearl Street, and decided to book a reservation for a weekday dinner. Glad we did! Drinks were outstanding, especially their take on a gin and tonic, and our party enjoyed almost all the tapas offerings. Meatballs and mushrooms stood out in particular (gotta try them!), and the cauliflower 'steak' was also a great dish. We definitely will return and recommend it to all the foodies visiting Boulder.

                                                            Highly recommend! Everything was amazing - the service, the food, the sangria! We shared a bunch of tapas and sangria and it was a perfect, delicious lunch! The server was so fun and energetic, we loved her! We will definitely be back! Also, my husband has a dairy allergy and everything was really well labeled on the menu which is hugely appreciated
