   Excelente opción, no solo tiene una vista espectacular sino un servicio de primera. La atención muy rápida y los productos de primera. Fui a una cena de aniversario y tuvieron detalles que valoramos mucho. La calidad precio corresponde. Espero volver pronto.

   What an amazing view of NYC! In addition to the view, Sarah was outstanding and provided excellent service. She shared great stories, provided wonderful suggestions, and was always timely in making sure our needs were met. We had a large party celebrating a business accomplishment and I believe the whole team helped in making this a good time. We will definitely be back!

   Dear Chart House Team, I hope this message finds you well. I’m writing to inquire about your valet parking policy. During a recent visit, my wife and I were surprised to learn there is now a $10 charge for valet parking. We walked around the outside perimeter of the building and did not see any signage indicating this fee. While, as always, the food and service were excellent, I do believe there should be clear signage posted on-site or information available on your website to inform guests in advance about the parking charge.    This is our third, and last Easter spent at the Chart House. While past experiences were great, the service and quality of food were severely lacking this past Sunday. I don’t even know our servers name because he didn’t greet us or introduce himself, nor wish us a Happy Easter. I initially thought he was a busser because he came over to fill our water glasses without saying a word. We ordered (pre fixe) but added on appetizers. Salads came out first, then the apps which was quickly followed by our entree. I wasn’t even half was through my appetizer, that should have come out first. The steaks were of lesser quality than past years, tasting like they were steamed. We also never received the shrimp that came with the surf and turf.

    Charthouse always seems to hit the mark  when looking for that for special day out .  Food , service , views of NYC always add up  to a good value for a memorable occasion.
