Confusing place. It’s the restaurant within a sports bar. Pasta was very good, but half of the tables were eating chicken wings (. . . which everyone seemed to enjoy.) The description made it sound like an UES Italian spot, which it is sort of. I see it has its place as a local staple, but was not what I expected. Service was very nice. Meatball appetizer was not flavorful, but pasta was fresh and ragu was tasty.

This is a sports bar! I was stunned when we arrived at Osteria Nando to find that they also go by Cafe Buon Gusto, with the tagline “Sports Bar and Grill”. This is where you are actually making the reservation contrary to the name on Open Table. The photos completely mislead about what the atmosphere is really like. We were there to celebrate my mother’s 86th birthday. I think we saw our waiter once. Food was fine, albeit overpriced for the sports bar atmosphere. My advice- there are a lot of great restaurants in the neighborhood. Go anywhere else.

Loved the food, the drinks were a little slow. And the name of the restaurant has changed so we had a little trouble finding it.

Always a pleasure to eat here. A varied menu with great dishes nicely prepared & served. Prices are reasonable & the ambience is quiet & restrained.

Had a fantastic dinner here! The Burrata Limoncello Ravioli was unreal as was the Truffle Risotto. Love that their mussels come with fries on the side- food fries at that. Drinks were also phenomenal - get the peach sangria you won’t regret it! Will definitely be back!
