   One of SanFrancisco’s true gems. Food and service is top tier. Visit the rooftop before or after you dine. This jewel of the city is worth every penny.

   Dined here on Easter Sunday. Overall, I think the service could’ve been improved. We ordered a bottle of sparkling wine for the table, and our server opened it so poorly at least a glass spilled onto the table. The food was okay, but the portion for the wagyu beef has been significantly reduced. The banana split is still one of the best I’ve ever had.

   Extremely disappointed. Made reservations for Easter brunch 40 days in advance for a party 7. Upon arrival we were asked to wait while adding an extra place setting, even though I reserved for 7 people. We were seated at a table for six, with 4 people in the booth plus 3 chairs. The table could not even hold all the food we ordered and our knees were touching. As you can see in the picture the plates were sitting past the table edge and we had already double stacked one plate of food in the center of the table. It was very uncomfortable squeezing us in to such a small table. The food was good but the seating arrangement was horrible. Unfortunately a very poor experience.

   Easter Brunch Beautiful Venue. Amazing Food. Our Server Steven was on point. Location - parking good for Brunch. Not sure about dinner since it is street parking.

   Upon arriving, the staff at the place was very informative and kind. They also gave great customer service and had us seated at our tables fast.

   Ambience is amazing, the restaurant is located in a brand new RH showroom and facility. The service is good, as we would expect in a restaurant with this type of setting. The wine was average. The food, however, is average to below average for the price. My petite steak filet is average and my Mom's whole grilled branzino was below average and, after opening the fish, you can tell it's not fresh. Our iceberg (BLT) salad was below average and diced into tiny little pieces. The Mulholland Drive salad's presentation is not elegant and we don't like it when we can't see what we are eating. The desserts were good. Conclusion - we will not return for the food; we will return only for special social occasions due to the ambience and spaciousness of the restaurant. There are many SF restaurants out there charging comparable price for much better food.

   This RH location is always my go too spot when I am in the area. You don’t have to hassle with parking. The experience always stays at the same level of professional excellence. Palm Court feels more of a luxurious atmosphere than my local RH in Yountville which is also great. There is more space and privacy in seating here and I always found their food to be exactly what I was craving. The Wagyu sandwich, truffle fries, and the banana split is the perfect order.

   Really in love with ambience and how efficient the staff all were . Everyone was very helpful and pleasant .
