   I had a party of 7 and received a secluded area just for my family, I did not expect that! We felt like royalty that evening, the food was amazing, the staff was outstanding, and the atmosphere was superb! Not one complaint. The Brazilian restaurant idea is so enjoyable! Last but not least, the buffet table was beautiful, and the meats brought to our table taste so good we will definitely return!

   Food was ok, Gauchoes routinely skipped out table and focused on middle racetrack of store. Brisket was a perfectly done pot roast. The best item we were able to get was the garlic steak. Only Brazillian steakhouse I have visited that didn't bring bread bites to your table, they placed a small baskett at the buffet that guests had to find for. Server was wonderful.

   Some of the steaks chewable even asked for medium and medium rare . Overall was good but not outstanding compared the same restaurant in Tampa Florida it was excellent

   Pleasant and Fulfilling. The Servers were very attentive and the food was magnificent. The salad bar had endless options. We will be returning to enjoy this establishment in the future.

    My wife, two daughters, and I love dining at Cowboy Brazilian Steakhouse in Columbia! You can find us here often! The variety of meats is delicious! Our favorites are the lamb chops, leg of lamb, ribeye, House Special (Picanha), and filet mignon wrapped in bacon. I appreciate the staff’s professionalism, attention to details, and great customer service in presenting the meats at our desired temperature. Moreover, the bar of hot food such as kale, mashed potatoes, rice, and black beans are tasty. The cold bar is an amazing selection of fresh salads, fresh vegetables, pasta salads, awesome chicken salad, salmon, shrimp cocktail, and many more options. We also love the soup! The management staff and servers make you feel welcomed at this restaurant. We love the ambiance and it is a great place for families, friends, and colleagues to fellowship in a small party or even large ones for birthday celebrations, retirement parties, or whatever the occasion. You will not be disappointed in this restaurant. In fact, you will come back again.
