   Nothing worse than a $200+ dining experience that’s leaves a bland taste in ones mouth. I mentioned in the reservation that it was a birthday as well as a request for a corner table. The table was not organized and when options were offered it was discombobulated at best. I found a small fly in my appetizer and even though it was towards the end of finishing it a restaurant of this price point should take it off the bill (it was obviously not). To add insult to injury we witnessed and heard the table next to us have their birthday acknowledged (when the guest said they were allergic to eggs the server offered a coffee) - no mention of my dinner date’s birthday was to be be had. Good food / not a great service or bday for my friend.

   Great service, food was excellent as always. Provided my wife a birthday tiramisu. Have been eating at Piccolo since they opened in the neighborhood. Biggest complaint is that menu hasn't changed much over the years, and mostly the same old specials. It's a little pricey and there are too many outstanding Italian restaurants in town. Other than being within walking distance, not a compelling reason to dine more than a couple times a year. When Piccolo first opened we dined almost once a month.

   Amazing experience wonderful people creating quality dishes and creative cooking with amazing taste and presentation. Great service and friendly ambiance. Easy parking accessible location. Definitely recommended. .

   Great spot. Portions were not huge for the price but the food was very good and the bread basket made up for the lack of the size in the portions. Amazing ambience too very good for a date night.

   Great experience. The ambiance was nice. The food was great, and the wine list was excellent. The staff was friendly, as well.

   We enjoyed their Valentines Day special menu. Amazing evening all around, excellent food, service, and atmosphere.

   French waiter…did us a favor to take our order. Love Piccolo, but that was the worst service I’ve had outside of highland park hipsters in a long while time.

   First time there loved right from the beginning a warm sincere welcome . We chose to seat in garden area which was quite lovely . The entire wait team was attentive and friendly. The food was beautifully plated and portion taste excellent. We are looking forward to our next dining experience there.
