   Our server was awesome. We’ve been coming for 5 years every time we are in town. The food was crap. Calamari burnt, shrimp and clams like bottom of the bin just not normal from previous experiences. And just so hot inside!

   We ordered oysters which were good tasting but had to navigate around the pieces of shell and rock salt in them. The clam chowder was excellent. We had 4 in our party and 2 ordered the grouper, 1 ordered the hogfish and the other ordered the mahi mahi. Unfortunately we had a medical emergency develop and were only 1/2 way through our meal. What we had tasted was good. I cannot say enough about the staff and patrons who rushed to our aid and called 911 for us. They are surely to be commended and we thank them for their assistance. We would love to come back and give this restaurant another try someday when we return to Siesta Key.

   Called to move reservation back by 15 minutes. Was told that they do not have a reservation system or policy. First come, first served. Period. I asked about Open Table. The woman I spoke with said they’re not members and that I could come and wait for a table, like all other customers. Would appreciate knowing what’s what.

   Service was good. Food was basic and average. Not a lot of flavor.
