   Specialty cocktails were quite tasty. I enjoyed my Caesar salad and ribeye but my dinner companion was less happy with her brussel sprouts and salmon. Decor and view were very pleasant.

   We visited for my husband’s birthday dinner. He has celiac and they remembered from my notes on the reservation, and were very responsive. The drinks were terrific and the food was very good. We enjoyed the live music and only wish it had gone on a little longer. They offered a free dessert for the birthday boy and that was such a generous touch. We had a really nice evening.

   Excellent food and cocktails. Sat at the bar with a friend to celebrate. Good food, great service.

   Our meal was perfectly prepared. Our server was friendly and helpful in selecting out meals. The restaurant is noisier than we like, but that’s just us. Finally, the live jazz band created the only negative vibe for us. Again, this is just a personal taste issue. The food and service are impeccable.

    It's a small menu but with interesting appetizers. Our food was quite good, except for the creme brulee-which was too runny. The salmon was cooked perfectly.Service was hit and miss. We had trouble finding our server to order pre-dinner drinks and then dessert. Our guest had to find another server to get a glass of wine. The room is very plain-no tablecloths. For this kind of price, I expected a nicer environment. You walk through the bar, which looks like a bus station cafeteria. The view from the dining area out to the lake is nice when it is daylight. I imagine in warmer weather the terrace would be very nice. But the noise from the tv and the loud patrons who thought they were in that bus station, ruined our evening. This restaurant is highly rated. I would not return until spring, to sit outside. Don't expect a fine dining experience indoors. Too bad.
