   We celebrated our beautiful bride to be and this place was perfect ...decors were chic and perfect for photo ops .food was delish and drinks were the yummiest! Thank you for the A++ service ..we will be back!

   Slowest service in a dead restaurant… reservation at 3:45 on a Sunday..no hostess so I had to seat myself.. sat at the bar.. met with eyeroll/scowl and still waited 15 mins for acknowledgment (only one besides one gentleman who was already eating) ordered a drink, received it and waited for acknowledgment for another 20 minutes to order food. Staff was more concerned with conversing amongst themselves.. will never return very absurd experience.

   Excellent location in SD Old Town. Nice vibe and spacious seating. Creative Italian menu for those not looking for traditional Italian dishes. Attentive service. We have visited 4 times before with great dining experience but this time unfortunately 2 of 4 dishes were very undercooked pasta. Not even al dente. Was replaced with no hesitation

   long wait for drinks appetizers and final check even though there we’re few tables. Waitress rarely checked in

   I had an awful experience. Appetizers came out 1 hour later and dinner 2 hours later. Then the pasta on several dishes were undercooked.

   Pathetic service. Had to wait 20 minutes after arriving despite having a reservation. Had to wait 90 minutes after ordering for the food and ended up leaving and cancelling the order

   As soon as I arrived for my reservation everything that could go wrong went wrong. Reservation got pushed back an hour. Waited 30 minutes just to get a drink at the bar?? While looking at the bartender!! (Cannot make this up) Server was not organized nor management. Waiting at my table for 15 minutes till we got greeted and ordered food and drinks. Ordered surf and turf. Not cooked to what I ordered. Didn’t eat that night. Never once apologized for anything that happened to me and my guest that night. Managers stood and watched as everyone was working. Clearly the managers do not care about the service of this place or the guest experience. Not worth the hype, honestly don’t waste your money or time here. You’ve been warned!

   Half and hour for drinks and literally an entire hour for food. Absolutely not acceptable.

    Would not recommend for Valentine’s day for a few reasons: 1. We arrived on time for our reservation, but we were seated 30 minutes later. 2. Drinks were decent, but food was served cold and with small portions. 3. Compared to the regular menu, the Valentine’s day menu had limited options and higher prices.
