   Tony our server was fantastic! He was charming, engaging, and informative. I have food allergies and Tony found ways to work around them and also informed me if there was anything that could potentially cause issues. He gave us great recommendations about food, drinks, and the best times to come in. The vibe and food... perfection. We will definitely go back another time.

   Absolutely phenomenal experience. This was my first time and I’m shocked it’s taken so long! I regret not dining here sooner. The entire concept is well executed, the food is delicious, and the staff are incredible. An absolute gem in Baltimore. Not to be missed!

   Every time I eat at Monarque it is a 10/10 experience all around! The burlesque show is always a vibe. The dancers and live music were spectacular. The service is some of the best I’ve seen. The table is never cluttered, your water is always full, and the wait times are never long. Highly recommend the short rib gnocchi appetizer. I had the Wagyu Coulotte special last night and it was to die for! I would go back and eat that every day if I could. It was a pretty large portion size, I even had leftovers. It was a devastating end to the night when i realized I forgot my leftovers at the restaurant 😖😖. Guess I’ll have to go back for more! Their espresso martinis never miss and the speakeasy energy is the cherry on top for the whole experience. I brought my mom and aunt this visit to celebrate my mom’s birthday and they were very impressed with the service and really enjoyed the miso sea bass special. They couldn’t stop talking about how much they enjoyed our night at Monarque.

   My dinner date and I were kicked out of this restaurant Saturday evening by an artificially-sympathetic floor manager. She told us that "she needed the table." We were there just 10 minutes short of two hours and ordered an expensive meal and two after-dinner cocktails. She was blunt and to the point, and she ruined the entire evening.

   live band was great, food was great, and the atmosphere was great! our waitress was also very nice and attentive! i’ll definitely be going back.

   Reminds you of the old time speakeasy. Gorgeous decor. Excellent food. The mussels were superb! Entertainment was excellent. Burlesque show was very fun and classy. Service was also excellent. Not a cheap evening but worth it for a special occasion.

    Monarque has very good food and excellent service, but the lighting was very low and it was hard to make conversation with the jazz band playing. We knew there would be entertainment, but did not know that the dancers would be taking most of their clothes off. It was done tastefully, but it could have been embarrassing depending on who was with me.
