   We are guests in the hotel so chose here for simplicity.. the food itself was nice enough but we waited an hour for it to arrive, not good enough.

   Food was good but unfortunately service was bad. We ordered salads and bread basket- neither came. We ordered side of broccoli and it came after the main. The manager said she would comp our bottle of wine and dessert, but when the bill came, it was still on there. Probably wont be back.

   We were here in 2021 when it first opened and the food was great but the service was not. Sorry to say it is still the same. The restaurant did not start out busy, yet took a long time to get our order then way too much time between courses. It should not take three hours for salads and mains. I also hate that it is a five minute walk across the lobby to the restrooms.

   The food was fabulous, but the service was sub-par and it was SOOOOOO loud in the restaurant, I couldn't even hear the conversation we were trying to have at our table.

   The food is excellent! We love to get small plates and a few cocktails. The service is usually top notch, but this time around we felt like our server forgot us about 3/4 through the meal. Not sure what was going on other than it was late in the evening. We’d still go back in a heartbeat. Gluten free dishes available and they are aware of cross contamination.

   Not very impressed Service was lacking our attention when it came to our non alcoholic drink drinks. I never received a refill of my iced tea he only asked when he brought the check.

   All was good but it was really cold inside. Too cold even with the sweater for my wife. I usually don’t get cold but it was cold with winter long sleeve dress shirt. I saw many people expressing the same. Must do something about this. ^^
