   Waiter didn’t seem like she wanted to serve us. Bad service on her end start to finish complained they were short staffed, but it wasn’t busy. Still tipped generously but likely won’t be back.

   Service was efficient not stellar. The food was as anticipated and was tasty and quickly served. The server brought the grinder for salt and pepper but did not offer to grind for us. That was a negative experience.

   We booked for Easter with the hopes of having the wonderful brunch that is typically served and were told that there would be no brunch, just the regular menu - we were a little disappointed but we had a wonderful experience once again. Food was cooked to perfection. Just wish they would bring back not just the brunch, but also the deconstructed pistachio cannoli dessert!!

   Cast Iron was overall good. Great drinks. Server was nice. Good overall was good. The apps that we had were the lobster arancini balls (yummy) and the steamed oysters. The short ribs entree was absolutely delicious and had great flavor. However, the Mac and cheese had had hardly any noodles and was basically all cheese. Even the kids didn’t like it and you know kids love Mac and cheese. My husband’s ribeye lacked flavor. Salt and pepper goes a long way when it comes to a good steak. If they seasoned it better, he would have probably liked it more. For dessert, we had the cinnamon bread pudding and the brownies and they were both delicious. Ice cream could have been a tad bit softer and not so hard, but overall good desserts. Good way to end the night.

   Another great dining experience at Cast Iron Chef Chop House. We got the braciola, roasted tomato crostini and meatballs for apps. All were outstanding. I personally loved the meatballs. Hint of spicy with an outstanding tomato sauce. Our main entrees were filet mignon, sea bass, and NY strip steak. All cooked to perfection!! Service was a tiny bit slow but they just don’t rush you here. It’s been awhile since we’ve been here but we won’t wait that long to go back.

   Once again Cast Iron does it all right. From start to finish. Our server Matt was spot on. Steaks done to perfection. The lemon cookies hot out of the oven just made my wife so happy. Sales tipped for sure.

    Food was delicious. Enjoyed the experience. We both had steak baked potatoes and broccoli. We also ordered a side of mushrooms. Delish!
