   The drinks are priced too high (the fishbowl drinks). My food was really good. I got a turkey burger with fries. The music was very loud, we could barely hear each other but it was a good playlist. My teens enjoyed it very much.

   The atmosphere is definitely energetic so be prepared!! Such an exciting establishment for birthday celebrations!! Based on the reviews we did not order any food but the food looked very appetizing coming out to other surrounding tables. Our reservation was at 7:30 and we were sat at 7:15. I really appreciated that. Our server, Rashonda was very attentive, caring, informative, and friendly!! The birthday song and dance was hit!! The desserts were delectable and delicious !! Perfect place for desserts and mocktails!! Reservations highly recommended. What a fun outing!!

   The staff is inappropriate. They were twerking while singing and celebrating a customer’s birthday. The waiter asked my daughter if she wanted alcohol in her drink and she’s a minor. He didn’t ask for ID. This is not a family friendly restaurant.

   I rarely write reviews, but this experience demands attention. My family traveled all the way from Pennsylvania to Atlanta to celebrate a close friend’s birthday at The Sugar Factory, expecting the fun, energetic, and celebratory vibe your brand is known for. Unfortunately, what we received was the complete opposite — and I’m deeply disappointed. From the moment we sat down, the service was chaotic and uncoordinated. We waited an unreasonable amount of time just to be acknowledged, and when the food finally came, it was cold, underwhelming, and frankly inedible. How does a restaurant run out of steak, ketchup, and basic sauces during dinner service — especially one that advertises a premium experience? We made it clear it was a birthday celebration, but the effort put into that was minimal. They barely sang “Happy Birthday,” and there was no energy or enthusiasm from the staff — it felt like we were bothering them by being there. The birthday girl was embarrassed, and as hosts who came a long way to create special memories, we were devastated. The Sugar Factory is known for its vibrant, over-the-top experiences — but we experienced none of that. It felt like we were in a completely different establishment than what’s advertised online. Our entire party left upset, and what was supposed to be a joyful evening became a huge disappointment. I hope someone from corporate reads this and takes action. We spent hundreds of dollars to celebrate someone special, and your restaurant failed us in every way. I’m happy to provide further details if someone chooses to reach out — but please do better. This was unacceptable.

   I made reservations for 9:30 pm and didn’t get to a seat until 10:40. Food wasn’t as pleasing coming out idk if it was due to late night or kitchen ready to close. Very poor experience overall. Wouldn’t recommend.

   Food was subpar (what we got to try) at 5-star prices. Service was slow, waited outside in the cold for an hour past our reservation. My daughter had a glass explode in her hand that covered our table and food, and they did nothing, but the busser did offer a Band-Aid for her bleeding hand about 10 minutes after it happened. we asked to please cancel our desserts since we couldn't sit with children in glass, which covered my daughter and infant granddaughter, it was all over the table and in our food and drinks, and they said they couldn't, and we would have to pay anyway. they never helped clean up, we did what we could, paid the 450.00 absorbent bill, left and ate at McDonalds. Never again!

   Too small and congested especially while waiting to be seated. Great atmosphere. Love the music, great vibe. Milkshake was lovely.
