   Service was terrible, maybe the worst I’ve had in years. Food is so-so but the French toast was inedible. Sound was so loud that you could not talk at all 4 top without yelling. I will not go back.

   Second time eating at Cebu. First time dinner ans now brunch. Food was excellent and we love the friendly staff as well We will def return

   Staff was very helpful with suggestions We had brunch and ordered the special with lectin kawali and the marinated steak. The food was excellent and we enjoyed our dining experience.

   First time here !! Loved everything we ordered from the Lumpia egg rolls hot and crunchy, from the Tapsilog short ribs with garlic rice , and my favorite was the Flan it was great texture and the thickness was perfect ! Will be back soon!

   Had only been to the Wicker Park place and this new location is so big and spacious! The food was so good and the drinks even better.

   Great food at a good price point. friendly and kind staff in a cute space; painkiller was solid as was the chai tea. Lechon, Longanisa and Lumpia were all high points.

   The food was underwhelming and overpriced for the portion sizes. When I went to Cebu in Wicker Park it was delicious so I was excited to try to new location. They must have a different chef - the food was not high quality and they were out of at least 3 dishes on the dinner menu when the resturant was half empty. Disappointing. Will not return

    Lumpia was good. Do not get the ube and waffles. They put the same dipping sauce they use for the lumpia on top of the waffles. That sauce does not go well on that dish :(
