   Usually quite Smith’s Landing and outside was blustery. We sat down and our waiter gave us some water and delicious bread. First, panko coated prawns, frozen but delicious. But meal left us flat. We ordered four cheese raviolis, I had with prawns. And when came there was no prawns just little shrimp all shapes and pieces. And my wife had same dish…she didn’t like it. Then we had dessert…we ate chocolate decadence. When it came it was misshapen and had watery taste. Disappointed with all of the food.

   Hopefully, a few additional items will be added back to their menu ( prior to COVID), for example stuffed sole, salmon ( blackened and grilled), plus some other vegetable items.

   We never even got to be seated or eat. Waited for over an hour and saw tons of people behind us shoving their way through to be seated, only to find out our reservations were 1.5 hours before others'. We drove an hour for this. There were only three of us. My 6yo was more patient than I was. It was chaos. I would love to be invited back for the next buffet brunch. I really missed these from pre-COVID, which is why we made the trek, but it was really disappointing. We ended up hungry because all restaurants were booked far in advance - I secured this reservation almost 6 weeks ago.

   If you enjoy great food, this restaurant is not for you. The tacos were the worst I’ve ever had. No mocktails. The Caprese salad was average because the mozzarella was not the best and tomatoes were too ripe. I dined there once before about five years ago and the food was mediocre at best then as well. If you enjoy atmosphere, then you will enjoy this place. The restaurant is huge with several different large scale rooms. Lovely views. The noise level was tolerable and our waiter was funny and pleasant. But personally, I would never go back because the food just isn’t really that great.

   For starters, where’s the waiter? Delicious cuisine and we had a great time…where’s the drinks? You get my point. Delicious food - but the wait staff is missing?!

   We dined at 4pm and it was great. Not only that we got a window view table but it was happy hour pricing (3pm to 6pm M-F). Service was excellent, drinks came within a few minutes as well as our appetizer(fried calamari). Within 10 minutes our main dishes were served.(Fettuccine Ala Monte Carlo & Clams Linguine). All dishes were served hot and fresh. Will definitely dine here again soon.

    It was a pretty good experienced !! The service was amazing and the food as well. My wife and I will come back for more, we are eager to try the cioppino. Our server was great and it was gianna !!
