   I anticipated a high quality brunch experience considering a price of $115per person + mandatory 20% tip. Upon arrival, we were seated but not informed where anything was or how to navigate the buffet brunch. No service personnel checked in with us so after about 15 minutes, I finally flagged someone and asked where things were and was pointed to the secondary buffett are near our table. Once we had retrieved plates of food, we had to flag down a service person to request forks and knives, as there was no cutlery on our table. A waitress then took 3 settings off of an adjacent table and and brought them to our 4 top table, leaving my MOL to have to waive a server down a second time to request a 4th set of cutlery. Had to waive down a service person for a mimosa and then later, had to waive them down to request plates be picked up and drinks refilled. There was literally not one single proactive check-in by our wait staff. The restaurant had two brunch buffets that were supposed to be equivalent, but were not. The main spread had a beautiful charcuterie, more deserts and was serviced more regularly, while our party was relegated to what seemed to be a "secondary" brunch buffet not as well maintained and no charcuterie. Seafood station had no seafood forks or crackers for crab legs. Eggs benedict was cold, with overcooked eggs and lacked sauce. For $580 for 4 people, I expected a much better quality of experience and food and a 20 % tip was offensive in the context of zero service. While the patio is beautiful with a great view of the canyon and golf course, the lacking service and mediocre food was a disappointment.

   A wonderful experience with a beautiful view from the Patio with heaters. Specialty drinks, good wine selection and great dinner selections. The service was excellent, and will certainly go again.

   We love their large patio with a view of the golf course and Saddleback Mountain. Service was great and the food was excellent. Check their specials on the website. We got a free appetizer (or dessert) with two entrees. For a balmy Sunday late afternoon, it was not crowded at all and there was a great singer playing guitar. Still quiet enough to chat.

   Their patron has an amazing view, is quite warm with their patio heaters, excellent food and our service was great as well.

   We love O'Neil's. Great food, service and we love the view of the 17th & 18th holes from the patio. We've been coming here for years. Always consistent quality and service.

   Great experience! Service with Dante was amazing and also Richard was very nice too! Complimentary birthday dessert was so delicious! We will be back for birthday occasions and other lunches!

    Great food, beautiful location, kid friendly on the surrounding grass. Live music Friday and Saturday nights. Just a wonderful relaxing evening.
