   Good experience overall. Good food and pricing. Big drink menu. Something for everyone. Kind of loud. They should do away with the annoying birthday songs… most people are cooked after a day at Disneyland

   Took so long for the server to greet us we placed drink and food order all together. Drinks came out sporadically with one person not getting theirs until the food came. Food was cold to like warm and half of it made us sick. Server spent lots of time with the table next to us talking while we were still waiting for silverware and drinks to be brought to us. Very loud and tables are very close.

   If I think hard enough I can remember the 1st time I went to Bubba Gump Shrimp.....think.....it was a Friday night, I went with my family. Lil babies and great big ol teenagers. They had food for everyone and all kinds of cravings. Beers in tall glasses, that you get to take home at the end of the night. The hostes even came around and sang us a song. We had a grand ol time. It really was a good time out with the family. Glady we will go again. Thank you.

   Food was delicious but not overly warm. Appetizers and mains were all served at the same time. We were asked if we wanted our mains to be held in the kitchen until the appetizers were finished but we didn’t want our already prepared food to be waiting while we had the appies. The mains weren’t hot when they were served with the appetizers. Overall the food tasted good. The service was great. You flip over a sign when you need attention. The front of house staff was rude and left us standing for 8 minutes while she stared out the front window. When she finally addressed us she was very defensive saying she was the only staff working the front of the house. She only helped us bc another person came into the store needing help. I wonder how long we would have waited if they didn’t come in. Overall good experience great food, lots of things to look at on the walls.

   Everything was amazing. Haven’t been to a Bubba Gump since 2017. I only gave the food 4/5 stars only because the Gumbo was on the saltier side, and that was one of the dishes we were looking forward to having. Otherwise dining experience, service and the rest of the food was fantastic.

   Food was good - service was minimal. Server took our order and brought our food but that was about it. Didn’t check on us and even when we put the little sign up that we needed something, it was someone else who came to help us. Wouldn’t stop us from going back but the server we got at this visit wasn’t very good.

   The food was great. The service was not what we are used to from Bubba Gumps. The sheets hardly stopped when the sign said Stop Forrest Stop. We did not see our server much and actually had other servers, who I think was the manager, help us. They didn't do the movie trivia game with us, and maybe this place doesn't do it. It was just an okay experience but not what we've experienced and we dine at the one frequently in the San Francisco Pier 39 area.

   Had a reservation for a reason and with no heads up, call or text they changed it to an earlier time that we could not make. Was very disappointed as we had came from out of town with plans.
