   Host great, server overran looking after the bar, neglecting dinning guest. Prawns & mash only just warm, but steak hot. AC too cold and made other food go cold quickly. 30 minutes to have dishes cleared, followed by another 20 minutes to be presented with the bill, no offer of dessert menus or further drinks. Classic case of nice food ruined by poor service.

   Food was pretty bad. My daughter got the kids Mac and cheese and it was 100% boxes Kraft dinner. The Caesar salad was topped with tons of dried oregano instead of black pepper, which didn’t go at all. Service was slow for a nearly empty restaurant. Would not recommend.

   Very good value restaurant close to our hotel. Food quality is above average for the money paid. We went at 6pm on a Thursday evening so the restaurant was not busy. Waitress was friendly and efficient. I would recommend this restaurant for couples or families with kids older than 12.

   My friends and I were seated immediately. The restaurant is clean, and the ambiance is nice with good lighting and nicely decorated. The waitress answered all our questions, and the food was served quickly. It was fresh, hot, and seasoned well. We would come back and recommend this restaurant to our family and friends.

   This is a classic throwback to the uncomplicated steakhouses of the past. Great value for the money. My filet mignon was excellent. If you like red wine, order the South African Wolf Wolftrap. Just make sure they chill it first because it is a GSM. Quick service, pleasant and engaging. If you want a steak without all the pretentiousness, eat here.

    The area where the restaurant is located is not the upper-scale part of International Drive. Make sure you park in a well-lit area. The restaurant is part of a hotel. The visual from the outside is nothing special. The Black Angus inside is decently decorated; some vintage memorabilia hanging around. There are a few TV which had sports on while we were there. We went for Valentine's Day. There is a section which is sectioned off in glass covering about 1/2 of the restaurant. I initially thought that was the high-roller section, until I looked closer; it seems that is the bar section. The greeters were pleasant; not dressed badly, but obviously not uniform or particularly formal outfits. We had an appointment and were seated immediately. The server was a very pleasant young lady. She advised us on a good appetizer and gave us pointers about the meal choices. She took our drink and appetizer order in quick order. The appetizer: "BoomBoom Shrimp" was pretty decent. I believe there were 6 large shrimp. They were quite spicy, but tasted like it was more from just hot sauce rather than a spice mixture. I do recommend them if you like hot. My wife ordered the Surf and Turf, with Filet Mignon and Lobster. They were cooked right. The steak was tender, but not particularly seasoned. The lobster was OK. I ordered the Salmon, blackened, with seasonal vegetables. It was good, quite moist. Again, the seasoning left something to be desired, though. Seemed like a lot of seasoning poured on top. The vegetables: broccoli and cauliflower, were good. Overall, it was still good. We had Diet Coke and Sweet Tea (not sweet). Overall, for the money, out the door, with a 15% tip, was $115. I can't complain about the price for what we got. For a regulate date night, I can recommend Black Angus. For an upscale outing, try somewhere else.
