   Just not authentic Greek food, it’s a beautiful space, much larger than I expected, we were a party of 5 and were all disappointed with the food, it was too “American brunch” not great quality and not authentic Greek food.

   Elea is a great neighborhood upscale authentic Greek restaurant serving food with very fresh seafood being offered whenever you go. the service staff are all very friendly while maintaining their professionalism and providing wonderful service. good variety of wines offered as well as fashionable liquors being available. A restaurant that we return to again and again,

   One of the top restaurants in the Upper West area -the food is superb at all levels especially if you like tasty, high quality Greek food. Service was also very good and our waiter was attentive and friendly.

   my mother came to visit for the weekend and we decided to try Elea for the first time. It was a beautiful restaurant. It was all white and clean. Lots of very attentive servers. They had free bread service with olive oil on the table. We ordered a dip trio with tzatziki ( this was the star) hummus( this was good ) and eggplant herb ( delicious ) that came with a mound of warm and seasoned pita that. We also got the fried calamari that was very tender and fresh and the sesame crusted feta that was good - I probably wouldn’t order that again. We also split a Mezcal mule that was wonderful. We took baklava to go.

   We loved all the food - lamb chops, calamari, chicken souvlaki, Greek salad - and all paired so well with a wine from Nemea.

   UWS neighborhood Greek served with style is always busy and vibrant. Located just off Broadway, Eléa is comforting while also exciting as a festive evening out. Spreads and sides simply shine while entrees such as Fish Lamb also resonate with diners.
