El Restaurant at Kellogg Ranch, en Cal Poly Pomona, goza de vistas a las hermosas colinas ondulantes de Diamond Bar y ofrece uno de los escenarios más románticos y elegantes del valle. El Restaurant at Kellogg Ranch es un restaurante gestionado por estudiantes y sirve tanto almuerzos como cenas. El restaurante forma parte del programa de Gestión de Hostelería de la Universidad de Gestión de Hostelería de Collins, en Cal Poly Pomona. En el restaurante, los estudiantes rotan semanalmente a través de varias posiciones, como la dirección, con el fin de aprender todos los aspectos de la gestión de hostelería. Algunos de los mejores profesionales de la industria facilitan el aprendizaje de los estudiantes. Very tasty items at Cal Poly Pomona restaurant. It was our second time going. But you do need to make a reservation well in advance.

The Hawaiian poke is a must have it was so good and the Indian chicken dish was also amazing. The French toast pudding dessert was to die for and I would definitely recommend coming here and our server Gabe was super nice and friendly and not to mention attentive

Amazing view mixed with amazing service. This restaurant is a great example of the success in Cal Poly’s “learn by doing” philosophy.

The servers were delightful. We had the kale salad, asparagus, chicken and the salmon salad. The slaw that came with the salmon was delicious. We also had the coconut dessert which was also very good the passion fruit sauce was a great addition.

it was fun, i think it’s funny to see how servers need to walk around the table multiple times. overall the students seems more comfortable compared to the other times i have dined.

Terrific view, students were very pleasant and efficient, food was delicious and a great value. We had clam chowder, cheeseburger, fries, salmon salad, tortellini, wine, coffee and desserts. Love the RKR!!!
