Bouchon
Price: Expensive•French•4.5(40)Bouchon is the French word for cork. In the small farming village where the owner, Michel Baudouin, grew up, bouchon also refers to the friendly neighborhood bistro. The bouchons in Michel's hometown were supplied by local farms, and so we continue that tradition here.
His memories of simple, delicious, and comforting dishes shared at home or enjoyed at the local bistros inspired him to recreate that experience here in Asheville.
