He brought “the connection” - he knew how to welcome guests and make them feel appreciated. His warmth is missed! For this meal — 5pm (early!) reservation for 6 plus a toddler. Our server was prompt and did a good job. Food was fine — a few miscues: pesto fettuccine was a bit dry (not enough sauce? Sat under heat lamp a little too long?), and the mashed potatoes that came with the salmon dinner had a sweet flavor…..ugh. Nothing that will keep us from coming back. Has preferred seating available on Open Table that works every time for fast reception and seating. Always enjoy their special bread and a nice cab for starters including the stuffed mushrooms.
