When you eat to get most out of your meal, to please the palate, just as well
as to satiate the appetite, that,my friend, is dining.”

- KKarenDublin •3 reviews4.0Dined 6 days agoThis was our second time back and we were expecting something different from our last experience. When we arrived we were advised to go to the bar because our table wasn’t ready. There was a table ready to go that we could see from the bar, we were taken to the table 10 minutes after our booking time to that exact table. We where given menus promptly and we had our drink order taken quickly; it was a further 15 - 20 minutes before what seemed to be the floor manager came to take our food order and he had to double check if we had ordered drinks. Food was amazing no issues there and the cocktail I had was beautiful but the service was really slow today there seemed to be staff walking about with nothing to do. With so many staff on today I don’t understand why the service was so slow for this reason I asked for the service charge to be taken off the bill and no tip was leftMore infoThe Ivy Brasserie, BelfastPrice: Expensive• Irish• Belfast•4.3
- AAdrianNorthern Ireland •1 review5.0Dined on Apr 12, 2025Excellent Indian food, not just the run of the mill usual dishes. Their lassi (yoghurt drink) is one of the best i have had. I had a salt lassi. Many Indian restaurants don't offer Indian desserts. Not on do they have Indian desserts but they have a kulfi (ice cream) which is genuinely made in house. As I make my own kulfi, one can instantly recognise homemade from the factory versions you get in tubs. Not only is it made in house, it is excellent. For people who come to town on the Glider, the restaurant is just 50m from the Donegall Square North stop, and convenient to most bus lines. We will definitely be back at Guru.More infoGuru Indian BelfastPrice: Moderate• Indian• Belfast•4.3
