   Besides being sat at a table with more lighting than I wanted, everything was good - the food, the server and dessert were as expected.

   We have been going to Redstone for over 20+ years. We have celebrated every special occasion here and have ALWAYS had an amazing experience. This last visit was an exception - the server Joy was inattentive and rude. Never asked how the food was or offered to refill beverages, we had to ask another server to get her attention to ask for a bbq sauce. Before our meal was finished, she dropped off the check and never asked if we wanted dessert. My mother was with me (she is 92) and said she had never encountered such rude behavior. We wrote “terrible service” on the bill in hopes that management will be aware.

   Everything was fantastic! Our waiter, Ron, is really the best! He’s professional but funny and anticipates your needs right away. The food was outstanding and we had a great time. Thanks so much!

   Service as always was great. Server was awesome. Food was horrible. Buffalo shrimp cold and soggy. Prime rib was lukewarm greasy and gray in color. NY strip was like shoe leather. Idk what’s going on in there or if it was a fluke. But it was beyond bad. Might get another shot. But idk.

    I've been to Redstone several times, and have always made reservations because they are usually packed. So I am disappointed when I have to wait at least 20 mins for a table. Food is good, consistent. Waited a bit too long for appetizers; by then was starving. However, I will return as it is overall a very nice restaurant with great service.
