   We went to Redstone because they had prime rib on the menu...not that many restaurants have it anymore..at keast that are close by. The prime rib was very good but seemed smaller than the 14oz size advertised in the menu. The au jus was excellent...it was more like a broth instead of oversalted onion soup that most places have. The roasted vegetables were awesome and the caesar salad was good also. The chicken sliders were ok but nothing special. We did not like the lodge corn bread with maple butter, however. It was passable, and the size was very generous, but it fell apart too easily and had ...peppers? in it. The mashed potatoes were kind of tasteless but the fries were good. The booth seats were comfy. My friend had a tropical tasting Tito's Lemonade drink that was good.

   After reading mediocre reviews I was surprised that the three of us liked Redstone's and would return. We each got the fried chicken sandwich - each prepared differently. They each came out correctly. Chicken cooked perfectly. Hot honey sauce not too hot so very good. Cole slaw a little moist but tasted good. Fries not greasy. Mackenzie, our server, was very efficient and not overbearing. We were in a small room in back of the entrance so the room was quiet which was what we wanted.

   Easter brunch at Redstone was a disappointment! We had reservations at 2 but were not seated until 2:20! We all went up to the buffet which seemed as though they were not replenishing much. This made sense at 2:45 when our waitress came by to let us know the buffet would be closing in a few minutes. When we shared our disappointment having just sat down she went on to say that she had been there since 8 am and wanted to go home. She literally got us one round of drinks and never returned to the table again. She even had another staff member bring our check over noting there was a 20% gratuity added as we were a party of over 6. 60 for one trip to the half empty buffet and a 20% gratuity with no service whatsoever. Outrageous!

   Food was cold and raw. Server wasn’t friendly. Bacon at buffet was raw. Asked for some crispy bacon got attitude and it was greasy and burnt. Went daub the grease from bacon and napkin was black from the bacon being burnt, not well done, but burnt. Coffee was cold, person in party ordered tea with milk. Got hot water and waited for tea bag and milk. Water was cold by the time it arrived. Someone in party asked for toast. You think we asked for world. That gave us an English muffin that was barely toasted. In addition to the $58.95 PP buffet, they added another $2 for the untoasted English muffin which was not eaten. The only good thing at the Buffet was the Easter Bunny, who friendly.

   Our waiter was amazing!he was very helpful with the menu for food sensitivities. They have lots of gluten free options. I had the steak & it was delicious. I would definitely dine there again.

   Excellent courteous host and wait staff! Both worked hard to meet our needs. The food was prepared to our liking. Our overall experience was excellent.

   Long time college friends meeting in Burlington for a birthday celebration. Redstone and our awesome server,Tanayah made the experience fantastic. The Rose Sangria and Georgia Mule were great ways to start the celebration. The cornbread was a perfect cozy appetizer for a cold rainy day and the heat from the bang bang cauliflower warmed us up. We had a variety of entrees from burgers to salads and spicy Thai Noodles. All were excellent. Tanayah was delightful. She took great care of us and added to the celebratory mood. Redstone is fortunate to have such an engaged employee who cares so much! Looking forward to returning soon. We’ll be craving that cornbread! Thanks Redstone and Tanayah!!

    Food is excellent. Seabass was cooked to perfection. Could have less rice. The braised beef was also cooked to perfection. Highly recommend the fig and Prosciutto flstbread. Could easily make a meal with that alone. Overall, it is worth the visit.
