   Es la primera vez que mi pareja y yo venimos a valle de Guadalupe y decidimos hacer un tour por todos los restaurantes de estrella Michelin que hay aquí; los dos coincidimos en que no sabemos cómo se ganó una estrella este restaurante. La comida estaba insípida, a los meseros les faltan modales de mesa, el postre es una nieve de ostra -el postre más desagradable que he probado-, si tienen la oportunidad de ir, desaprovéchenla. Su dinero y tiempo será mejor invertido en Animalón, Salvia Blanca o Fauna.

   Food and service was great! We went right as they opened on a Monday so it was not busy at all so we were able to chat with our server and get some area recommendations. We opted for the tasting menu and it did not disappoint. Roasted oysters were one of my favorites along with the oyster taco and the cucumber sorbet for dessert was a pleasant, refreshing palette cleanser. For a Michelin star restaurant the prices were reasonable and would definitely recommend.
