   This is the harshest review I’ve ever left for a restaurant. While Zutro gets decent praise on Open Table, our experience was poor in comparison. When we walked into Zutro for dinner, it was like walking into a morgue. It was devoid of any activity. We stood for a second unsure if we were even in the right place. No one acknowledged our existence, offering no welcome, like four people didn’t just walk into their business. I finally walked up to the bar and told them we had a reservation for dinner. The bartender looked shocked, quickly grabbed some menus and showed us to a table. A few minutes later the waitress shows up, looks at our table but doesn’t come over or even say anything. Finally I wave her over and say we’re ready to order. She says nothing, no welcome or introduction or acknowledgement that we exist. She quietly takes our orders and leaves. She later brings our food and drinks, not a word. When we’re finished, she brings the ticket, which we split two ways. The entire time no one says anything to us. Whale the food and drinks were good, the service was the worst any of us have ever experienced.

   Andre was so great!! His personality is outstanding.... The food was Delicioussssss!! Nice ambiance.

   We stayed at the hotel for two nights, ate here almost every meal. It was great! Then they have the rooftop bar for evening activities. We absolutely loved the whole experience! I would go back!

   Doors were locked when we arrived and I tried to call ahead to double check and could only find an invalid number with a random voice mail box so I left a message and didn’t receive even a call back.

   My family and I went for lunch and enjoyed the time spent. Although we waited a while to receive our food, the ambiance made it enjoyable during the wait. The food was good, included the Cobb salad with shrimp and chicken, chicken sandwich, and some breakfast options.(side note: breakfast potatoes were delicious). Overall, nice spot.

   New “gem” downtown. Excellent set up for a business lunch. Tables are not crowded together and the venue was not loud. Restaurant is bright and the service was attentive, knowledgeable and friendly. Happy to have a new option in the area!

   When we arrived on Friday evening, we expected a full house. There was one person at the bar and two or three other tables with diners. There was no hostess, no bartender, and no wait staff visible. We could hear laughing and conversation in the hallway behind the bar. We waited almost 10 minutes before we even saw an employee. Another group of about 8 came in and sat at the bar. When the bartender came out she apologized to them and took their orders... didnt even acknowledge us standing at the front desk. Another 2 or 3 minutes went by and a waitress (being shadowed by a trainee) came out to check on the tables. After the rounds she made eye contact with us but did not check on us and headed straight back to the hallway. I was shocked at the poor quality of service and considered leaving. After a short discussion with my wife, we decided to stay. I got the bartenders attention and asked about being seated to dine in. I was told just to sit anywhere. We saw how the service had been so chose to sit nearest the hallway so we could, hopefully, get some attention. We sat and the waitress and trainee brought menu and water. We were given about 5 min to decide on menu items. Our order was taken. The appetizer was brought out in about 10 min (which in my mind was a little long especially given the amount of diners) and out came our meals probably 5 minutes later. The timing was poor. We ended up taking most of the appetizer home. We were checked on once through dinner and then we had to flag someone down (still conversating in the hallway) for the check. The manager came out as we were getting up to leave and asked if we had good food and service. We politely nodded and left. The food was good, not great. The resturant was quiet & clean. The service was extremely poor. I think they are more accustomed to catering to hotel customers who want room service or a drink at the bar. We like to try new and fun places for dinner... this will probably not be on our return list.

   I am really disappointed with the service of this place. I came down with my friends for their birthday. They only had one service person who seem to be overwhelmed because she is trying to attend to several tables at the same time. We also had plans to visit the roof top bar unfortunately we were told the roof top bar was not open because the manager on duty called out. So there will be no one to work in his place when he calls out. So disappointing. I invited a lot of people. My friends were not pleased at all. I am not pleased at all. And I made my frustration known to the manager on duty at the restaurant. Will I refer anyone to this place unfortunately NO!

    Maybe they were under staffed, host never greeted, employees never looked our direction or said anything to us, we were left just standing there. So we left
