   This was our second time at Zushi Dozo BYOB and it was just as good, if not better than the first time. As soon as walked in, the server remembered us from our first visit on Valentine's Day (we ordered a lot of food!). We came back specifically for the spicy ramen which we ordered again along with the udon noodles. Both were delicious! I actually said to my bf I'm glad we came because the public is concerned about the Coronavirus - which they should be- but this doesn't mean you have to avoid Asian cuisine. And people kept trickling in as we were dining, so I'm glad others had similar thoughts. Please don't skip out on excellent restaurants like these because they have nothing to do with the ongoing pandemic - the food is cooked here and handled well and you can tell that simply by tasting it. I normally wouldn't add this into a review of a restaurant but it's important that people understand this and I'm going to tell everyone I know to come here!

   My boyfriend and I LOVE Zushi Dozo! We even sit at the same table whenever we eat in. Small, intimate spot with killer food. Bring a bottle of wine and prepare to hang as the small kitchen can take a little while but the wait is so worth it. Definitely a must for sushi lovers (try the lava roll)!

   My boyfriend and I went there for Valentine’s Day and it was the perfect choice! We got two speciality rolls, the shrimp shumai, and the spicy ramen. Everything was delicious. We’ll be back and bring friends!

   Five of us decided to try Zushi Dozo around dinner time on a Sunday. The place was pretty empty. The Wait Staff couldn't have been nicer. My husband order a bowl of shrimp ramen and when it arrived it was too hot for his palate. They happily remade an order without the "hot" spices and it was very good. The selection is amazing...especially the sushi menu. We'll go back.

   Gave them an open table gift card with a balance on it and a card for the payment. They made us call the number on the card to get the balance of our gift card and told us they could only process it more than once. We asked if they could but the gentleman behind the counter just said we needed to get the balance. Our waitress was very nice, but the experience with that gentleman made us not want to go back there anymore.

   Sorry. Many people don't understand "gift card" process at the restaurant. Gift cards at the restaurant don't work like any other retail stores because of tip. Also i mention we can't check balance our system isn't set up that way to check. also it is your responsibility to know what you have on your stuff. YOU IDIOT>.. Stop being lazy and know our fact before you say dumb stuff. We do not want customers like you to begin with please don't be an IDIOT!!!

   Disappointed. Food was not as expected. They do not serve regular soy sauce, and the sweetness of the low sodium soy sauce ruined the flavor sushi and sashimi. Server was not accommodating. We wanted to try this restaurant due to the recommendations of Open Table, but with so many excellent Japanese in this area, we will not return.

    Food is always on point. Sushi is fresh and tastes great! Never disappointed. Plus, they know their regulars and take time to show they care and value us!
