   We have come to Zuma in London since its very beginning. Best Japanese restaurant in town till this date. There are many copy cats but they do not reach the same overall level. We have lived in NY the past 8y and also there we have come to Zuma since the very beginning. NY never reached the level of London. This week we have been three times to Zuma in Kitzbuhel and that is very close to the London standard and much better than NY. Congratulations. We will be back again when the seasons starts and we are hoping it will become a full year round restaurants soon.

   Die Qualität der Speisen und ihre Darreichung ist exzeptionell! Große Auswahl, es fällt schwer sich zu entscheiden. Sehr variable in der Menge, wieviel man bestellen, bzw. essen möchte. Etwas wirr ist die Art der Bedienung. Es erscheinen durchaus sechs verschiedene Servicekräfte am Tisch. Ansprache mal in Englsich, mal in deutsch. Musik ansprechend, aber selbst zu zweit fällt die Unterhaltung schwer. Aber das nimmt man gerne für die Qualität in Kauf!

   Delicious food. Music was way too loud. Service understaffed. We had to refill wine and sake glasses ourselves. Furthermore, language proficiency was lacking.

   Ein Besuch lohnt sich und bleibt unvergessen. Offene Weine in zu hohem Preis waren irritierend. € 35,- für ein Achterl waren neu für mich. Internationales Team finde ich klasse, schafft einen ganz besonderen Flair. Schade, dass die Reservierung nur max . 2 Stunden geht, wir kommen sicher wieder, dieses tolle Ambiente nebst passender Hintergrundmusik kamen gut bei uns an. Astrid

   Das Essen ist ausgezeichnet. Leider ist die Küche nicht flexibel. Beim Menü ist es nicht möglich, ein Gericht zu ändern, auch wenn alle das Gleiche essen. Die Mitarbeiter sind größtenteils sehr arrogant. Ansonsten ist alles toll.
