   Food was great but the restaurant is very tired and drab. I wouldn’t go to this particular Zizi’s again.

   Very poor quality food - all pizza based items hard - too hard to cut with a knife.

   Great tasting food- starter, main and dessert. Only downside was the small portion for pudding which was a sundae. £6 for two small scoops of sorbet and ice cream with a bit of meringue - not impressed, despite it tasting lovely.

   We went on a Saturday night. The restaurant was very busy, and although the waitress we had was lovely, it was clear she was rushed off her feet. We ordered a 3 course set menu (starter and dessert to share) and a pizza for main, and an 'oven baked pasta' for main. The drinks came quickly, but the starter (garlic doughballs) took FOREVER to come. Once they did, they were delicious and it was a good size. The pizza main was fine, but the oven baked pasta was awful! From memory, the pasta was £11-£13.00. It was chicken, pancetta and spinach, with a mushroom sauce. What turned up was appalling- a bowl of pasta swimming in a watery sauce, only 2 or 3 pieces of pasta was crispy in all of the dish! The spinach (all 3/4 pieces) were chucked in 1 corner, pancetta chucked in another corner, and literally 1 chopped mushroom in the sauce. The only bit that tasted nice was the ton of Parmesan I had chucked on top. As we were in a rush we didn't have time to wait for another dish, so I ate the chicken and left the rest. The manager came over to speak to us, and took my main meal and a drink off the bill. We still paid £17, and to be honest it was bad, and we would never go again. A rushed, cheap, tasteless meal.

   Nice food and service but the freezing cold blast every time the door was opened spoiled it and we weren't even near the door... if you go in the winter get a table upstairs

   A little disappointed this time, felt things had gone down hill a bit, the service was still good and food reasonable and fairly priced but there was food on the floor and chairs of the table we were sat at and we had to ask to get someone to wipe it, which to be fair they did efficiently and politely. Just felt a little too nonchalant and indifferent compared to the previous times over the last couple of years.

   Does just what I want it to. As expected. Undemanding simple basis OK food
