   Service was friendly but sparse .. food took ages ( 1 hour ) was ok when arrived ... restaurant was cold .. ( was warned by neighbouring table )

   Food is amazing, always my favourite! Staff are mega friendly and always go an extra mile !

   Unfortunately the restaurant didn’t have a note of our open table reservation. I had a confirmation code which I had received from open table. They did manage to accommodate us thankfully. There seemed to be an issue with understaffing as everyone was rushing. Long wait for service.

   Great service, food was fair but not inspiring. What we had was nicely cooked though. Quite expensive with one shared starter, one kids meal, one bottle of wine - over £110

   We all think we know what to expect from chain restaurants like Zizzi, but in the St Andrews branch, our experience was elevated from 'reliable' to 'very good' by outstanding service - even the children in our party commented on how friendly and helpful the staff were. The food itself is fine, with particularly good options for vegetarians and vegans. Recommended.

   Very tasty food that was well presented and the service was quick and very convivial. We loved the starter of bread with a melted cheese type fondue. Really good and followed by a very tasty pizza which had a really good spicy kick.

   Popular central location but early dinners pre 8pm get to experience a cool environment where the aircon delivers a cold draght which prematurely cools your food. This also distracts you from the continued focus the larger parties receive from the staff, prepare to wear extra layers and wait between courses.
