   Good location, decently priced food ( though the tomatoes in the salad were straight from the fridge). Service very very slow considering that the place was half empty.

   Had to wait nearly 10 minutes for a table despite table reservation for 13.00. And then Had to wait a long time for service- restaurant was full but it seems only 3 staff were looking after whole restaurant. Food was not great: Superfood salad with chicken was not great- Some salad leafs looked rather yellow/wilted. Classic Salami Pizza was ok. Zizzi at Bankside used to be good especially the food.

   Food and service very good and attentive, gluten free menu a real plus. Only criticism being that we had to keep our coats on as we were a little bit chilly.

   The atmosphere is nice especially when sitting in the booths next to the windows, with a nice nice view on the Thames River. The food is up to the brand's standards, we like Zizzi. However, compared to other locations we went to in the past, the service was very poor. WE waited around 10 minutes to be seated and the waitress could not find our booking on the sheet, so she left to 'figure it out', but ended up serving wine, and taking orders at other tables, right in front of us, standing in the entrance. The manager had to come in and confirm that we had indeed booked a table. The service was okay until we had to wait around 20 minutes once finished with our meals: the waiters were not aware of their surroundings, never looking up to check if customers were waiting for their food to be taken away or needing anything else, they seemed to be rushing although the restaurant was half empty (around 40 to 50 tops for 5 team members in the restaurant which I think is manageable) so I don't quite understand. Regardless, the waitress who took care of us (when she was) was very smiley and kind. If we hadn't waited so long after finishing our meals, we would've gotten a dessert, but got sick of waiting. We would recommend the restaurant for the food, fair price and location, but not for the quality of the service.

   Very good food, meal for two, starter and mains and drinks came to 48 quid . Value for money
