Here at ZIGU, we believe the key to running a successful restaurant is to serve fresh local ingredients. We cook in a Japanese style using only ingredients found here in Hawaii. We will soon be opening our doors to customers. You'll enjoy authentic Japanese cooking and sake either inside our cozy interior or outside our spacious courtyard terrace.

We love Japanese food, and Zigu's use of locally sourced ingredients (including the best watercress I've ever eaten) was an extra draw. Our sushi was first-rate and the service was attentive and very friendly.

He helped us navigate the menu and we were very happy with everything he recommended. The food was as good as it gets and the service was delightful.
