   Not a lot of people the day we went which meant the service was lighting fast. Even so, our waiter was very respectful and gave us our space to eat even though there was only like one other table for him to busy himself with. Food was AMAZING definitely recommend all of it, the pasta is very well made.

   Food was excellent and our waitress was great. However, the bar needs to be better staffed. We ordered drinks when we arrived which arrived quickly. We ordered apps and then the restaurant started to fill so when we ordered drinks with dinner the restaurant was swamped which resulted in us getting our drinks after we finished eating dinner. A little extra help in the bar is all that’s needed. I would definitely go back.

   The food was very good and the service was excellent. This was our second time dining there with family and will make it a regular stop when in Ithaca.

   The food was good actually very good. The service was not great. The server was working his butt off but they were clearly understaffed and this has happened here before. He had a number of tables so he was slow to check up on us so we didn’t order more drinks and said he was coming back with dessert menus and it was 15 minutes before we got the menu and then another 10 before he came back to see if we were going to order. It’s Friday night staff your establishment, it does your food a disservice.

   The food was, I am sorry to say, not very good. The date appetizer was overcooked (hard), and the calamari tasted like rubber. The fries were good. The seafood stew had by one guest was not great. The pumpkin ravioli was ok. I didn't ask the job candidate how ehr meal was, not wanting to highlight that it wasn't so good. The food did not live up to your reputation. Did you have different cooks working that night?

   Excellent meal. Super friendly waitress. Were not rushed at all. Very relaxing. Food outstanding. Can't wait to go back.

   Great food, a wonderful waiter, and we didn’t feel hurried or anxious-it was a relaxing pace for dinner for us. This was our forth experience at Zaza’s and we’ve had a great experience and delicious dinner all four times.

    Best service in the area. Seating near the doors is a bit drafty, but food makes up for it
