   This restaurant was so disappointing. It is on a corner near a very vibrant homeless encampment. Do. Not. Walk. The hostess stand had 7 people behind it but it took too long for us to be acknowledged. We were seated and our server was Elizabeth. It is so loud inside and there was an elderly woman asleep on the bench near the hostess stand. My guest ordered a red wine and I tried a cocktail 3pm Instanbul. White wine was delivered and when we tried to get the correct wine our server said NO you ordered white. Umm ok. The cocktail flavor profile was good but it was too syrupy. We ordered the beet salad, labneh and hummus with a cold meat on top. We did not receive the beet salad and were told we never ordered it. The appetizers were alright the bread has too much cornstarch and was crisp like a cracker. The bar seemed to have a vibe but we didn’t get to receive what we ordered and left after the two appetizers. Very disappointing. I’m a huge fan of Jose Andres but I would neither recommend or return.

   Beyond my expectations. The Za’atar margarita was amazing. The grape leaves and meatballs were unforgettable. The dessert - ice cream and chocolate cake (I forget all the fancy names) were OUTSTANDING. Zaytina is a must. Run to get here!

   Food is all small plates & good but service was abysmal. Very very slow & ppl next to me said the same thing. I’d go back but budget to spend a lot more time there than necessary.

   Bustling but delicious! You wouldn’t have known it was a Monday night by the packed tables and hustling waitstaff. Our party of three enjoyed a fantastic meal sampling the flavors of the Mediterranean. Our hummus was brought to the table so quickly after we’d ordered, it seemed like they’d intuited our plans. Every dish was somehow even better than the last. Felafel, lamb, shrimp, shish taouk - all fabulous! Not to mention the airy, pillowy pitas that never ran out. Service was a bit impersonal, but efficient. We’re already looking forward to our return.

   Noise level loud. Tables very close together. For the price, there should be more room and feeling less rushed to turn tables.

   Fabulous. Service was excellent. Ambiance is modern, clean, inviting. Food is fresh and flavorful- so delicious and my family loved it.
