   We went out to celebrate my husband's birthday. When we sat down we were surprised to see the disposable cups waiting for us at the table. Then when we got the food we ordered we were shocked to find that the food also comes in simple disposable plates. I ordered pasta in sauce and at some point the plate started to erode and I was no longer sure if I was eating pasta or the plate. Very disappointing I think we should have been notified in advance and we would have decided whether to stay or not

   food and service was but was surprised to get served on paper plates and plastic cups (utensils were real).

   Staff and servers were polite and accommodating. Entrees were beautifully dished, portions were more than adequate and the food was delicious. We look forward to dining at Zagafen again and recommend the restaurant to others.

   Service was terrible. Food was terrible. We had to remove our dirty dishes ourselves after we finally ate. We waited about 1.5 hours for the food to arrive. There were only 4 other people eating there!! Prices were too high for the quality of food. There are other kosher options available. Go somewhere else.

   We love it there. Ordered several apps, pizzas, pastas and dessert. Everything was so delicious. Service was good too.

   Enjoyed a nice salad but the pizza tasted burnt and was just average. Service was off. The hostess left us at the stand to pour wine and deliver drinks to a table.

   This is a wonderful place to eat. The day we went for my birthday, they were short on cooks. So, food came out very very slowly & one was ice cold, sent back but remedied. Besides this one time, we find the food delicious and the décor outstanding.

   Great service and French fries. $3.50 for a can of Coca-Cola and medium rare pizza left me feeling disappointed. From a COVID-19 perspective, all employees were wearing masks and the customers were not on top of each other.

    Chef Rich did an amazing job of explaining, interacting, and making us feel welcome. The food was of excellent quality and we thoroughly enjoyed our evening. Please continue the Zagafen Experience.
