   We went for the omakase menu, which was splendid. It has gone up a bit in price (as well as, I think, down a bit in quantity), but it's still a good deal for what it is. I'd say the sea scallop and urchin was the pièce de résistance.

   A pleasant space, friendly and accommodating service. We stumbled upon Happy Hour, so began our meal with the special appetizers of the day. For those who are curious, they offer a tasting flight of 3 sakes, from dry to sweet, for an excellent price. The sushi and sashimi was the highlight for me; the freshest and most delicious fish, perfectly sized sushi pieces, and tasteful tiny garnishes. Even though we both ordered set menus, they were flexible and allowed us to choose an alternative roll (neither of us are fans of the krab in California rolls). We shared a generous serving of green tea ice cream for dessert, which came garnishes with sweet red bean. Literally the most delicious miso soup I've ever tasted; my Japanese partner informed me it was both typical and authentic. We will return!

   Just sushi and sake with a smile. If you need fancy, keep moving. If you want traditionally good, stop on by!!

    Best sushi in town. I've been multiple times and it never disappoints. Go for the omakase or sushi/sashimi sets. They are hand made in front of you if you sit at the counter. Similar experience and same quality as much more expensive sushi restaurants in the city. Only downside - my clothes smelled like the deep fryer when I left because the kitchen is open.
